Monday–Saturday, 10am–5pm. Pick-up slots are 10am–4:30pm on a first come, first serve basis. So the sooner you book, the better!

My primary mode of communication is email — and I promise it's not because I don't want to talk to you! I've simply found I can give you my best support when I'm not pulled away from the kitchen mid-bake. Email allows me to be thoughtful and responsive while keeping your cake on track.

Since every order placed is made specifically for you, I need time to bake your cake, cool it, chill it, build it and decorate it. This process takes at least two days, sometimes more if the level of decoration is super time-intensive. This process ensures that your cake is as fresh as possible.

Since I am a private business owner without a brick and mortar, I offer tastings for pick-up! They are $35 and I offer them in cupcake form so you can try as many cake base to buttercream combinations as you like! If you aren’t sure what flavors you’re interested in, I can offer what I humbly call my “greatest hits” which is a collection of all my buttercream flavors on both a chocolate and a vanilla cupcake. I require a few days heads up for scheduling a tasting order pick-up so please plan accordingly. Pick-ups are available Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–4:30pm in West Hollywood.

No deposit required but full payment is due at booking to secure your order. It keeps things simple for both of us and means your spot is locked in!
-
We accept Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards (a 5% surcharge applies to credit card payments).
-
I love when a design comes together, so I ask that any changes to your cake's design or flavor be finalized at least 5 days before your event — this helps me make sure everything is ordered and ready to go!

Yes! reference photos are incredibly helpful. They allow you to visually communicate what you have in mind and give me a clear understanding of your style, preferences and overall vision. Feel free to send over any images that inspire you - these don’t have to be exact, just helpful in capturing the look or feel you’re going for. Have a Pinterest board? Send that! The more visual direction you can provide, the better I can bring your cake to life in a way that feels personal and aligned with what you’re envisioning!
-
Life happens! If you need to move your date, just reach out as soon as possible — ideally at least 5 days before your event — and I'll do my best to find a new spot for you.
-
If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible! Since your cake is made specifically for you and payment secures your spot in my schedule, payments are non-refundable — but I'll always do what I can to work with you.

I don't offer sheet cakes for two reasons. The first is that I simply don’t have the capacity to bake and store them. The second is after running the numbers, there is no price difference to myself or the customer between ordering additional individual cake rounds for slicing and serving in back or adding additional tiers to a cake. So if you like, we can add more tiers to your cake OR I can do individual rounds for slicing.
-
Yes to both! Just let me know your dietary needs when you reach out and we'll make it work.
-
Just a heads up — my kitchen isn't nut, dairy, or gluten-free, so cross-contanimation is always a possiblity. If you have any allergy concerns, please let me know so I can make a note!
-
Absolutely! Delivery is first come, first serve, so the sooner your order is placed, the better to ensure room in my delivery schedule. In order to receive a quote for delivery, simply send me the physical address of where the order needs to be delivered. If you’d like to ship an order, bars, cookies and Oreos can be boxed and shipped. To receive a shipping quote I need the number of items in the order and delivery address. Notes can be added to delivery boxes too.
-
Once your cake is safely delivered, it's in your hands! I take every precaution to get it to you looking perfect, but I'm not able to be responsible for anything that happens after drop-off (like heat, transport, or handling).

Because I work alone, all pick-ups are scheduled by appointment time with a 15-minute grace period. This gives me the ability to schedule work projects and other pickups around you, and ensures I can easily break from what I'm doing to bring your order directly out to you. If you're running behind, I may need to release your slot to keep the day moving for other customers.
